Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: xlnx), a global leader in adaptive and intelligent computing, today announced the launch of two new devices, zynq ultrascale+ Gamma MPSoC 7ev and 11eg further enrich its automotive 16nm product range. These two new devices provide the most excellent programmable ability, performance and I / O function, and the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) application and (AD) application for L2 + to L4 provide high-speed data aggregation, preprocessing and distribution (DAPD) function and calculation acceleration function. Through the release of these two new products, Xilinx can now provide the highest level of chip integration in the world, from small devices supporting edge sensors to new high-performance devices for centralized domain controllers. By providing a full range of product lines, Xilinx can now meet the requirements of automobile safety, quality and reliability. The new Xa zynq ultrascale + MPSoC 7ev and 11eg devices are developed in response to customer needs. The new device provides more than 650000 plus and nearly 3000 DSP units, an increase of 2.5 times compared with the previous largest device. In addition, Xa 7ev has built-in video codec unit for h.264/h.265 codec, while Xa 11eg has built-in 32 12.5gb/s transceivers and 4 pciegen3x16 modules. The addition of the two high-performance devices in Xilinx automotive and product line can help car manufacturers, robot taxi developers and first class suppliers to accelerate DAPD and computation in a certain range of power consumption, thus supporting the production of automatic driving vehicles with adjustable size. EmrE onder, senior vice president of marketing, said: "the two new devices newly launched by Xilinx's automotive product portfolio will further expand our long-standing product line. In response to customer requests, we have enriched the XA product line to meet the complex needs of today's ADAS and autopilot systems. As these new products join the zynq ultrascale + product line, Xilinx can provide unparalleled processing flexibility and scalability to meet today's changing needs. Whether the customer wants to develop L1 system or L4 system, we can provide appropriate solutions for their needs. " Xa zynq ultrascale + MPSoC product portfolio has passed the certification of aec-q100 test specification, integrated with Xilinx programmable logic, and passed the asil-c certification of low power domain and the 64 bit four core armcortex with rich functions Gamma -A53 and dual core arm cortex-r5 processing system. Combining these functions with the powerful data throughput provided by new devices can speed up the deployment of autonomous driving vehicles. So far, Xilinx has provided more than 67 million automobile level solutions for ADAS system and ad automobile manufacturing to more than 200 automobile companies, including global first-class suppliers, OEM manufacturers and start-ups. The new Xa zynq ultrascale + MPSoC devices are available today. For a complete technical introduction to the XA series, visit here. All XA devices have obtained the new and unified software platform Vitis Gamma And Vitis AI. The above platform can help many developers easily benefit from the powerful flexibility of Xilinx hardware.
