Charging Pile
The basic structure of DC charging pile includes: power unit, control unit, metering unit, charging interface, power supply interface and human-computer interface. Power unit refers to DC charging module and control unit refers to charging pile controller.
As a system integration product, DC charging pile itself, in addition to the two components of "DC charging module" and "charging pile controller", constitutes the technical core, the structural design is also one of the key points of the whole pile reliability design. "Charge point controller" belongs to embedded hardware and software technology.
DC contactor is used for DC charging post, DC output side of charging station or output side of vehicle charger. When the contactor is closed, it plays the role of connection between the charging post and the car; when it is disconnected, it isolates the connection between the charging post and the outside, and plays the role of safety protection.
Inside the Charging Pile
With the development of the charging pile industry, the DC contactor inside the charging pile is gradually installed in the DC contactor matrix. The contactor matrix is a matrix module of four in and two out, which is composed of 8 100A DC contactors, incoming line banks, outgoing line banks, control coils and feedback signal circuit boards. It provides customers with simple and friendly cable connection experience, significantly improves work efficiency and electrical connection reliability, control coils and feedback signal wiring, plug and play, which is convenient and quick compared with direct installation Contactor, contactor matrix has many advantages.
1. After careful design and layout, the contactor matrix has compact internal structure, reasonable and orderly device arrangement, small and exquisite overall size, and neat product appearance.
2. The matrix load wiring of the contactor ensures enough electrical clearance and creepage distance, and avoids the breakdown between poles.
3. There are only four mounting holes in the contactor matrix for solid connection of screws, with bottom mounting, no special requirements for mounting position.
