It can be said that the announcement of this news has once again injected a strong injection into the new energy vehicle market. There is a saying that goes, "if you want a horse to run, you must eat grass first.". The reason why the traditional gasoline car can become the most mainstream household car in the society is that the gas stations all over the country have made great contributions. It can be seen that if pure electric vehicles want to achieve more rapid development, it is inevitable to speed up the laying of charging devices, which is also the main reason for the state to officially incorporate charging piles into the "new infrastructure". There will be 600000 charging piles to be built in 2020. Of course, it is only a positive signal to include "new infrastructure", and how to implement it is the key. On April 9, the state held a press conference to introduce the work of coping with the impact of the epidemic, stabilizing and expanding automobile consumption. Cai ronghua, deputy director of the Industrial Development Department of the national development and Reform Commission, said that in order to promote the development of new energy vehicles, the state will continue to increase investment in charging infrastructure from three aspects. On the one hand, we should guide the construction and operation of charging infrastructure, support "one vehicle with many piles" and solve the problem of pile construction in residential areas in time when the old residential areas are reconstructed. On the other hand, we should speed up the construction of public charging network in expressways, cities and villages, with moderate lead, fast charging as the main and slow charging as the auxiliary, and encourage the application demonstration of power exchange mode. Third, we should strengthen the research and development of new charging technologies and improve the digital and intelligent level of charging services. In addition, based on the investigation of the industry association, Cai ronghua predicted that in 2020, there will be about 200000 new public piles, 400000 new private piles and 48000 new public charging stations, and the investment in the charging pile industry will be about 10 billion yuan in the whole year. It should be noted that as of March 2020, the total number of charging infrastructure in China is only 1.267 million, including 542000 public charging piles and 725000 charging facilities built along with the vehicle (the latest data of China electric charging infrastructure promotion alliance). If it can achieve an annual increase of about 200000 public piles, the convenience of charging will be greatly improved, and the consumption of new energy vehicles will be further promoted. The government is taking action, and the automobile enterprises are speeding up their layout. Maybe inspired by the national policy, Tianjin municipal government and State Grid Corporation of home appliances signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on promoting the construction of new infrastructure and building an energy revolution pioneer city on April 11. According to the agreement, the two sides will speed up the construction of supporting grid projects for new infrastructure projects, increase the proportion of "foreign power into Tianjin" and support the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities. Among them, promoting the construction of "foreign power to Tianjin" channel is expected to reduce the charging cost of new energy owners in Tianjin. In addition to local governments, car companies are also moving. It is reported that the parts company and the start-up Shanghai DuPu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. plan to cooperate to build a "mobile charging station" in China. At present, the two sides have signed an agreement. After the necessary approval procedures are completed, the two companies will eventually hold 50% shares of the joint venture, and the series production will be started in the second half of 2020. With the increase of charging piles, the anxiety of endurance will disappear completely? It is undeniable that the state has given a very positive attitude in the construction of charging piles and is gradually implementing it. However, it is far from enough to completely eliminate everyone's anxiety about endurance. At present, the number of new energy vehicles in our country is about 3.8 million. Even if 600000 charging piles can be increased in 2020, it will not completely change the situation of more vehicles and less piles. In addition, there are many problems in the layout of charging piles. For example, the number of charging piles at high speed is less, which leads to more and more people queuing for charging, which is especially serious in holidays. Of course, in view of the problem of more cars and less piles, the state is also studying and optimizing the award and compensation policies for the construction of charging facilities, further mobilizing local enthusiasm and accelerating the construction process of charging piles. However, the car buyer still suggests that it is best to directly add fast charging piles in the gas station. After all, the gas station layout is perfect and the number is enough to meet the charging needs of new energy owners. This point coincides with CAI ronghua's three directions of promoting the development of new energy vehicles. Although it is still unable to completely eliminate the anxiety of endurance, the supporting facilities of new energy vehicles are constantly improving, which shows that pure electric vehicles can become the primary reference object of the first vehicle in life, rather than the substitute of fuel vehicles.
