In the production process, the enterprise strictly controls the quality and implements the responsibility system. It has set up cross department working groups including chassis group, refitting group, supply chain support group, capital support group, after-sales service group, etc. to ensure the smooth promotion of emergency production and the quality of each ambulance product. For the negative pressure ambulance, it is the most critical and time-consuming sealing link. Normally, it takes 2-3 days for the whole vehicle to be sealed. This time is compressed to 1 day through the on-site cutting of R & D personnel and workers. All the negative pressure ambulances produced in this production are made of European advanced technological process, high-strength body plate, and the interior of medical cabin is made of self killing bacteria composite material, which has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness and non volatilization. The layout of medical cabin is also based on the European emergency principle, combined with the domestic emergency practice, and adheres to the "one arm" emergency design centered on patients, common consumables and medical treatment The equipment is in one arm range, which is convenient for medical staff to operate, improves the speed of rescuing patients, and can well meet the needs of epidemic rescue. The negative pressure technology makes the air pressure in the car lower than the external air pressure to ensure that the air in the car can be discharged after full harmless treatment, so as to minimize the probability of cross infection of medical staff. The car is equipped with ventilator, defibrillator, ECG monitor and other rescue equipment. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp, central oxygen supply interface and other disciplines are fully equipped with various functions such as epidemic prevention, rescue and monitoring, which can effectively and quickly respond to the rescue of critical patients, infectious diseases and other special diseases. It is understood that while stepping up the order task of the Ministry of industry and information technology, about 20 ambulance orders were received from all over the country every day. As of February 4, a total of 234 ambulance orders were received. If the spare parts are sufficient, at least 1500 ambulances can be off-line every month, striving to continuously meet the demand for ambulances in all regions.
