The first 13 pilot areas for the construction of a transportation power are: xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province, Liaoning Province, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Shandong Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Chongqing City, Guizhou Province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Shenzhen city. In September this year, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the outline for the construction of a powerful transportation country, encouraging qualified local governments and enterprises to take the lead in the construction of a powerful transportation country. Wei Dong said that 22 pilot tasks will be carried out in four areas, namely, facilities, technology, management and service. These pilot provinces and cities will take the lead in high-quality development of transportation infrastructure, integrated transportation hub, intelligent transportation, science and technology, construction of transportation market system, innovation of transportation system system, green transportation, modern logistics, etc. According to Wei Dong, it is planned to achieve phased results of the pilot tasks in one to two years, relatively complete systematic results in three to five years, cultivate a number of pilot projects that play a leading role in the construction of a transportation power, introduce a number of policy plans, standards and specifications, further improve the system and mechanism, cultivate a number of high-quality and professional transportation talents, and develop a group of transportation talents in a transportation power We will take the lead in making breakthroughs in the pilot areas of construction. At the conference, the competent departments of transportation in Zhejiang Province, Chongqing City, Shenzhen City and other pilot areas introduced the ideas for the construction of a traffic power. Zhejiang Province proposes to focus on four aspects: facility level, innovative technology, traffic management and transportation service, give full play to the advantages of port connecting the world, modern logistics, digital economy and urban-rural integration, and sort out 12 pilot tasks and 46 specific issues. Chongqing is promoting pilot projects such as the inland international logistics hub, the integration of metropolitan transportation and the development of green shipping in the Yangtze River economic belt to support the construction of Chongqing's inland open highland.
