Recently, General Motors released a set of trailer maps at overseas EV day activities, which is widely speculated to be the next generation of Comaro. In my opinion, if the speculation is true, GM will undoubtedly destroy its Camero. Imagine how hard it would be for an American muscle car to be so quiet and silent when we were ready to start the fire and listen to the roar. Although some people say that this generation of komaro products are not powerful, and the replacement of motors may bring new life after the shutdown in 2023, I hope that komaro will not develop in this direction. Not long ago, GM announced that it would aggressively enter the electric vehicle market, including Hummer (in the form of trucks and), a new bolt and bolt crossover, several electric vehicles, and even a large electric SUV. This set of trailer looks different from the ecopo Comaro we have seen before. It is more like a Comaro SUV parked on a giant group. It may be developed to compete with the mach-e crossover. In terms of appearance, the vehicles in the preview still maintain the original American style, and the muscular waistline, sliding back shape and large-size wheel hub are all preserved. In fact, as early as 2019, an electric version of komaro was launched, named ecopo, which means the original personalized modification service. At that time, ecopo still kept a low body, equipped with two permanent magnet AC motors from borgwana, with a maximum horsepower of 710 horsepower and a maximum torque of 813 nm. The official acceleration time of 0-400M was 9.51 seconds. It can be said that ecopo is almost the same as the fuel version of Comaro except for the power assembly. The car shown in the trailer is too high. Even though the battery pack at the bottom may raise its body, it still looks like an SUV rather than the traditional komaro. In general, GM has demonstrated its steps towards electrification through this activity, and also demonstrated the core of the company's electrification strategy - modular drive system and the third generation global electric vehicle platform with the exclusive battery of ultium. GM predicts that the electric vehicles produced by its brand-new platform will reach about 1 million by 2025, and we will continue to report on the pace of its electrification.
