Schaeffler provides two electric drive axles for Audi e-tron, which match the front and rear motors respectively to realize the four-wheel drive function. The rear electric drive axle adopts coaxial design, and the front electric drive axle adopts parallel shaft type. Cascaded planetary row and lightweight differential are used in the front and rear electric drive axles to achieve the requirements of high efficiency, high speed, high load and low noise required by electric drive with compact structure. The Schaeffler electric drive bridge is only 300 m m in diameter and 150 mm in thickness, which is equivalent to a 12 inch cake size and weighs less than 15 kg. It can realize 400 N · M input torque and provide 3600 n · M output torque. Audi e-tron can accelerate 0-100km / h in only 5.7s. Schaeffler cascaded planetary row and lightweight differential adopt modular design, which can realize different arrangements through free combination. The front and rear axles of Audi e-tron adopt different structures, but the planetary row and differential module can be shared, so it does not need to be redesigned and verified, which saves the development time and cost. In addition, by adding other function modules, the function of the electric bridge can also be expanded. Audi e-tron's front electric bridge realizes the parking function by adding the parking module. Schaeffler has many years of development and application experience in the field of electric drive bridge.
