The Frankfurt trade fair formnext will be held from November 18 to 22. The Expo focuses on additive manufacturing and the next generation of intelligent industrial production. Solidteq, a start-up of metal 3D printing owned by Rhine metal automotive, is located in booth B92 of Pavilion 12.0. This exhibition focuses on the solution of 3D printing with metal materials, especially for equipment and tool manufacturers and product development companies, as well as the automobile industry and relevant departments. This year's stand is 25 square meters of corner space. Show details of customer projects solidteq has implemented in various industries. Demonstrate the project phases provided by the company with actual cases. Services range from consulting services to the development of 3D models, from printing to the improvement of finished products and the final determination of workpieces. Solidteq is part of Rheinmetall automotive, a global first tier automotive supplier, which has been focusing on selective laser melting (SLM) for seven years. The company's professional ability in additive manufacturing and machining not only serves internal customers, but also more and more external customers. Technical consulting services improve the product portfolio. The application range of 3D printing is from rapid prototyping to small batch production. At the same time, the focus has shifted to the selection and design of the application of the series of products. Experience from various customer projects shows that the potential of new manufacturing processes can only be fully utilized if additive manufacturing is considered as an alternative or complementary manufacturing process as early as possible.
