On November 18, Shenzhen Transportation Bureau issued the action plan of building Shenzhen into a powerful city in transportation (2019-2035) for comments, which clearly proposed the development model of comprehensive international transportation hub, the development model of regional transportation integration, the benchmark of sustainable development of urban transportation and the innovation highland of global transportation science and technology. In the action plan, the development goal is set as three stages in 2022, 2035 and 2050. In the western direction, the new high-speed railway from Shenzhen to Nanning and from Shenzhen to Zhaoqing will be built, the construction of Shenzhen Jiangmen section of Shenzhen Maoming railway will be accelerated, and the strategic channel of Shenzhen to the southwest will be opened. Shenzhen will optimize the layout of "five main and four auxiliary" railway hub, plan to build a new Xili and Airport East comprehensive transportation hub, promote the transformation and upgrading of Shenzhen station, guangmingcheng station and Pingshan station, and promote the planning and construction of Shenzhen Shantou high speed railway station in Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone. Relying on the efficient connection of transportation facilities, we will promote the coordinated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, explore more convenient port clearance policies and modes between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and improve port clearance efficiency. It is clearly proposed in the plan that the group of river crossing corridors in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area should be reserved in advance, and a river crossing channel system with composite functions and integrated services should be constructed. Accelerate the construction of Shenzhen middle channel, and promote the Shenzhen side connecting line, airport interchange and Hezhou interchange of Shenzhen middle channel at the same time. It is studied to plan and reserve the Lingdingyang passage in the form of public rail combination. Carry out the feasibility study on the West extension of Shenzhen outer ring expressway to the West Bank of the Pearl River, form an important cross river corridor in the north of Shenzhen City, and divert the cross river freight of Shenzhen middle channel. Speed up the connection bottleneck between Shenzhen and the east coastal node, and help to improve the external radiation level of the coastal axis in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area. Speed up the expansion and reconstruction of busy traffic sections such as Shenzhen Huizhou Expressway and Shenzhen Shantou expressway, speed up the reconstruction and upgrading of Shenzhen section of Guangdong coastal tourism highway, speed up the construction of Shenzhen outer ring expressway, and build a livable Bay Area Coastal Expressway. We will promote the construction of the second Shenzhen Shantou Expressway and reserve a New Coastal Expressway from Shenzhen to the Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone. We will actively build a convenient and efficient water transportation system in the Great Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. To study the establishment of passenger terminals in Qianhai and Yantian and the development of fast direct routes between Qianhai and Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao. Explore the opening of Hong Kong Shenzhen Huizhou Shanwei sea tourism route.
