In order to support the upcoming expansion of production capacity, the center will recruit 800 new employees to cope with BMW's expected order volume in 2020 double that in 2019. Up to now, there are 1400 employees in the production center of Germany, but according to the plan of BMW Group headquarters, more than 2000 employees will be deployed in the center in the future to cope with the growing demand.
