The GT luxury travel version of the cash four door sedan body is expected to be officially released in November 2020, and there are still no competitors in the market after its launch. Taycan cross Turismo was inspired by the mission e cross Turismo concept car released in 2018. The biggest highlights are the raised body height, the black wheel arch finish and the long roof with obvious side extension. Among them, the new entry-level model of Porsche taycan is positioned under the current 4S, referred to as "taycan" for short. It is only equipped with one motor and rear wheel drive system. It is also the only rear drive model in the whole Porsche taycan lineup, with the maximum output power of 450 PS (331 kw). It is not clear how much capacity the new entry-level model of Porsche taycan will be equipped with. It is estimated that the standard is 79.2kwh lithium-ion battery pack from 4S model. At the same time, performance battery plus high-performance battery pack upgrade with 93.2kwh capacity can be selected. In wltp cycle operation, the range of the latter is 500km. At the same time, the new Porsche taycan GTS will also be available in 2021, which is a mid-range model designed to fill the performance gap of up to 110KW between the 4S (390kw) and turbo (500kW) models. GTS is usually the most cost-effective of Porsche's entire model lineup, such as the 911 GTS and GTS. The Porsche taycan GTS will use a two motor four-wheel drive powertrain with a maximum power output of about 600-620 PS (441-456 kW). The performance of the Porsche taycan GTS will not be disappointing. It can accelerate 0-100 km / h in 4.0 seconds, with a maximum speed of 250 km / h. The above 93.2 kwh battery pack is likely to be a standard configuration with a maximum range of around 450 km. At the same time, the Porsche taycan GTS will add a number of functional standard equipment, such as sports timers, rear wheel steering and power steering upgrades. Whether Porsche taycan cross Turismo will also launch entry-level models and GTS models is not known yet.
