Recently, it was announced that it would march into Pakistan. On November 7, 2019, BYD and auto signed a cooperation agreement, and the two sides will jointly develop electric vehicles. BYD and Toyota will launch jointly developed electric vehicles in Japan by 2024, which will also benefit Pakistan market. In order to speed up the development of electric vehicles, Pakistan will release the relevant electric vehicles in the near future. Previously, the relevant government departments of Pakistan had prepared a proposal that all Pakistanis who have made bank remittances of more than US $100000 to China through legal channels can purchase a hybrid vehicle free of tariff in China, but this proposal has not yet been adopted. BYD's overseas "circle of friends" has been expanding, and its buses have been exported to Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica and other countries. At present, the footprint of BYD electric vehicles has spread over six continents, more than 50 countries and regions, and more than 200 cities. In 2014, BYD entered Singapore, successively involved in taxi operation, bus operation, public transportation, forklift, technology development and other fields. In 2015, BYD launched electric buses in Japan. In March 2018, BYD also successfully competed in the "made in India" project, contributing to reducing the price of local automobile products and promoting employment growth.
