Recently, Ministry of communications, PetroChina and industrial and Commercial Bank of China jointly launched the "Kunlun etc" joint brand card. Etc users can enjoy preferential or partial cash back when filling gas at PetroChina gas stations. Fourth, parking is more convenient. The Ministry of transport guides all regions to actively promote the application of etc in large-scale parking lots such as airports, high-speed railway stations, university campuses, ports and logistics parks, and to pilot the construction of etc smart parking cities in Shenyang. Etc vehicles can realize fast payment without parking in the parking lots. However, vehicles without etc will still be able to access the highway next year. After the provincial toll station is cancelled, a small number of manual toll lanes will remain at the entrance and exit toll stations. However, the traffic efficiency of these vehicles will be low, because in the entrance and exit toll stations with large traffic flow, there may often be queuing phenomenon; second, they cannot enjoy the discount of toll. Therefore, from the perspective of facilitating the public itself, the Ministry of transport suggests that the majority of car owners should install and use etc as early as possible.
