The system is planned to introduce the production base in shangsanchuan Town, tomu County in 2020, and gradually expand to other factories at home and abroad. The company said the vehicles will be equipped with features that will become more complex in the field of electrification, they must upgrade equipment and other technologies to improve efficiency, and hope to reverse the passive situation of declining profit margin. Taking painting process as an example, the new system can directly transplant the actions of skilled operators to robots, and introduce different materials such as body, bumper, etc., which can be painted at the same time. The system will also promote automated production processes, making it easier for women workers to operate. Sakamoto, vice president of xiuhang, revealed that it will invest 33 billion yen in Tochigi factory to introduce a series of new mechanisms, which will be promoted in other factories at home and abroad. In addition, the system will also consider the introduction of new car production processes of Renault and cars in France in the future, but the details have not been finalized.
