When the sales volume of new energy vehicles reaches the scale advantage, the popularization and development of its supporting equipment becomes an important factor restricting the development of new energy vehicles. As of November 2019, the number of charging piles in China has reached 1.174 million, up 61.2% year on year. In terms of production and sales, according to the data of China Automobile Association, despite the influence of other aspects, the sales volume of new energy vehicles is expected to reach about 1.5 million in 2019, which is still at a relatively high level. According to the national development goal, the total number of charging piles in China will reach 4.8 million by 2020, meeting the travel service demand of 5 million new energy vehicles. According to the current charging pile ownership, at least 3.8 million new charging piles are needed to meet the market demand. In my opinion, the charging pile market is facing huge market opportunities and great potential. The more opportunities we face, the more standardized management and operation we need. With the support of national and government policies, the construction of charging pile market will be further accelerated. According to the author's understanding from the government of Henan Province, as a major province of new energy vehicles, the construction of key piles has been further supported by the government. A special fund of 120 million yuan allocated by the central government for the construction of charging piles in Henan Province has been issued to subsidize and support the development of new energy vehicle charging pile industry. In particular, in terms of strengthening infrastructure construction, special funds are playing an important role, including the implementation of incentives for the construction of new energy vehicle supporting facilities, ensuring the construction land of supporting facilities, improving the intelligent service level of new energy vehicle charging, and improving the charging facilities of expressway service areas in the province. Coincidentally, in order to speed up the construction of charging pile technology and facilities system with "vehicle piles, reasonable layout, intelligent and efficient, powerful guarantee", Shandong Provincial Department of Finance announced on December 6 that 120 million yuan was allocated by the provincial finance to support the construction and development of charging facilities construction and operation, transformation and upgrading, charging and exchange service network operation monitoring system construction and other related fields. Including "replacing compensation with awards" to support 16 cities and 41 counties (cities) directly under the financial management of provinces to implement the main responsibility for the construction of new energy vehicle charging pile technical facilities, and reward the construction of charging pile; at the same time, improve the five-level charging network operation and maintenance system of "province city county (city, district) - station pile" to realize the interconnection and information sharing of the whole province. It is reported that by the end of 2022, the total number of charging infrastructure in Shandong Province will reach more than 100000, and the proportion of charging infrastructure parking space in public parking lot will not be less than 15%. The author believes that in the past few years, new energy vehicles have achieved super high speed development under the support and guidance of the state, but the construction of the supporting charging piles has not followed up. In the future, the guiding and supporting role of the state will play an important role in the development of charging piles, and special support work is also being carried out in different regions.
