In order to help the promotion and use of new energy vehicles better, Nanchang City recently released the layout plan of charging pile facilities for new energy vehicles in Nanchang City (hereinafter referred to as the "specification"), which will add more than 16300. It is hoped that through the scientific planning and construction of charging piles in the downtown area of Nanchang, a relatively complete supporting service system for new energy vehicles will be formed. According to the classification of different charging facilities, the code points out that the charging facilities can be divided into three structural systems: self use, dedicated and public charging facilities. The public charging facilities are divided into centralized and decentralized charging piles according to the charging requirements of the service objects. Recently, the city's decentralized public charging piles are mainly arranged in combination with large-scale public construction facilities, public parking lots and hub stations. A total of 298 decentralized public charging pile facilities are planned, with a total of 9300 charging piles. Among them, 66 are arranged in combination with large-scale public facilities, with a total of 3800 charging piles; 232 are arranged in combination with public parking lot, with a total of 5500 charging piles. Within the planning scope, 64 urban public centralized charging stations will be planned and no less than 7000 charging piles will be built. The special charging facilities are mainly used for transposition, logistics, public security patrol and other special vehicles. It is suggested that enterprises and departments should reasonably match the special charging facilities according to the overall number of new energy vehicles. Self use charging facilities are mainly set in combination with large public buildings such as residential buildings, hospitals, offices, and supporting parking lots of industrial and logistics enterprises. The specific planning adopts the combination of reservation and construction. In the government work report at the beginning of this year, Liu Jianyang, mayor of Nanchang Municipal People's government, once pointed out that Nanchang will focus on building four strategic emerging pillar industries: Automobile and new energy vehicles, electronic information, biomedicine and aviation equipment. Among them, in terms of automobile and new energy vehicle industry, it will speed up the promotion of projects such as Xiaolan Fushan new energy vehicle base and Jiangling new energy vehicle base in Economic Development Zone, make full use of Jiangling license plate resources, introduce strategic partners, rapidly improve product grade and industrial scale, and increase the application and promotion of new energy vehicles.
