The competition in battery car field has always been dominated by Japanese and Korean car companies, which had a slight advantage before, but this situation may change this year. Recently, the Korean automobile industry association (Kama) predicted that the sales volume of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles of the automobile group this year might reach 3666, ranking first in the world. The growth of the sales volume of modern automobile fuel vehicles is mainly due to the increase of domestic demand. In the first 10 months of this year, the sales volume increased by 576% year-on-year, surpassing that of Toyota, ranking the first; the second ranked Toyota increased by 16.8% year-on-year; the year-on-year drop was 54%, ranking the third. Data shows that from January to October this year, South Korea's hydrogen vehicle sales volume was 3207, ranking first in the world; followed by the United States, Japan and the European Union. In terms of sales growth rate, South Korea grew 62.2% year-on-year, ranking first; the EU grew 245.2% year-on-year, ranking second; Japan grew 22.1%, ranking third. The proportion of each region in the world hydrogen fuel cell vehicle market is 52.4% in South Korea, 29.4% in the United States, 9.7% in Japan and 6.5% in Europe. South Korea's hydrogen fuel cell vehicle market will reach more than 1 trillion won next year, the association said. In order to achieve this goal, South Korea will adopt the 2020 subsidy budget for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. According to it, the government has submitted to Congress a budget for subsidies for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in 2020, an increase of 52.1% compared with 2019. "Hyundai ix35 fuel cell" in fact, Hyundai's layout in the field of fuel cells has been a long time. As early as around 1998, modern cars began to develop hydrogen fuel cell technology. In February 2013, with the launch of ix35 fuel cell, Hyundai officially launched the era of mass production of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. At the end of 2018, Hyundai Group also released the 2030 vision for fuel cell electric vehicles, aiming to launch 700000 hydrogen fuel cell systems by 2030, 500000 of which will be applied to modern models, and 200000 will be provided to other manufacturers. At the beginning of December this year, Hyundai also released the "strategy 2025" road map, adding that by 2025, Hyundai aims to sell 670000 electric vehicles every year, including 560000 vehicles and 110000 fuel cell electric vehicles, with a view to becoming one of the three largest battery and fuel cell electric vehicle manufacturers in the world by 2025.
