As a lubricant manufacturer, Petronas has reduced its carbon emissions by 13% since 2012 compared with 2017, equivalent to 12 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions. Petronas is also working with Daimler on green projects such as low-carbon fuel and vehicle emission control. In addition, Petronas has set up a new energy sector to strengthen its capacity in the field of renewable resources.
