According to the "fission of automobile industry under AI intelligence -- report on the integration and development of Chinese automobile enterprises and new generation information technology (2019)" released by the national industrial information security development research center, China has made great progress in industrialization and information integration, especially in the automobile industry. It is reported that in the past ten years, the number of enterprises participating in the integration has grown from 892 in 2011 to 160000 today. Among them, there are more than 4200 enterprises participating in the integration of automobile industry and industrialization, 89.4% of which are automobile parts and accessories manufacturers, and 10.6% of which are automobile manufacturers. In addition, the digitization rate and networking rate of production equipment at the bottom of the automobile industry are 47.0% and 42.7% respectively, but the proportion of enterprises that automatically collect and upload equipment data to the cloud platform is only 23.5%, while the proportion that optimize the operation of equipment based on cloud data analysis is less than 10%. That is to say, despite the high rate of digitalization and networking of production equipment in the automobile industry, these data do not play a great role. "High level of digitalization and networking of production equipment in automobile industry" large and medium-sized automobile enterprises have a higher level in big data integration and application, and mainly focus on product design and development, production optimization, fault diagnosis and detection, among which the proportion of product design and development reaches 28.6%. "In the future, the market penetration rate of ICV will exceed 50%" in the terminal market, the penetration rate of ICV in the overall market will also increase. In 2018, the penetration rate of new models of ICN reached 31.1%, nearly 5 times higher than that in 2016; in 2018, the penetration rate of new models of Chinese brand ICN reached 35.3%, 15 times higher than that in 2016. In 2020, the penetration rate of ICV may reach 51.6%.
