May be planning their own electric vehicle fast charging network, known as "fast charging.". At least that's what the manufacturer said in the documents submitted to the U.S. patent and Trademark Office. According to US media reports, the registered trademark "fast charge" (already with logo style) may bring a fast charging system similar to Tesla supercharger. There is a difference: the U.S. uses its own charging connection for its supercharger, while Ford is likely to use CCS fast charging system. According to the report on "macheclub", the application has not been approved. What Ford hopes to achieve through its fast charging network remains to be seen, and the company has yet to respond to the report. In North America, Ford works with ionity in Europe, with electronic America and electronic Canada. All of these operators rely on CCS standards. So it's possible that Ford, like Tesla, wants to build its own charging network on the most important roads and in the most important cities, or only deploy in areas where the coverage of charging partners is not good enough to make up for the deficiencies.
