On November 26, Zhuhe City multi-functional smart energy complex (referred to as "complex") located in Zhengding area of Hebei free trade Experimental Zone was officially put into operation. This is the first urban energy complex in Hebei Province that integrates "three stations in one" of substation, data center station and "three flows in one" of energy flow, business flow and data flow, which will provide intelligent energy services for Zhengding free trade zone. Electric vehicle charging station is built in the complex to meet the charging demand of electric vehicles. In addition, it makes full use of pipeline, transmission, power and other resources, providing a favorable installation environment for the construction of 5g base station. The complex has absorbed the smart city, and integrated the three platforms of cross industry digital energy information sharing, smart and efficient energy public service and integrated energy operation management. Based on the traditional substation, it has realized multi station integration and multiple social service functions. At the same time, the complex is also one of the "ubiquitous power Internet of things construction comprehensive demonstration projects" that the State Grid system is vigorously promoting. The traditional transformer substation consumes a certain amount of electric energy while it outputs electric energy. The complex will install the solar power generation device on the roof of the building, with an installed capacity of 129.58 kilowatts, and use wind and solar energy storage integrated energy, with an annual power generation capacity of 9470 kilowatt hours. It has become a "negative energy consumption" energy station with self-sufficiency in energy and external supply of surplus energy. The complex is equipped with multiple servers, which can collect the real-time status of power grid system, wind power generation, equipment operation, environmental information and other aspects, and realize multi-dimensional energy conversion. In the future, the energy complex will become the center of comprehensive energy management in Zhengding Free Trade Zone, effectively improving the level of comprehensive utilization and overall management and control of various energies. State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. will take the complex as a model to build a new type of urban substation with friendly environment and intelligent management and control in the construction of xiong'an new area and the conditional urban power grid of the whole province.
