After the epidemic situation is effectively controlled, the comprehensive recovery time shall be determined by Beijing public transport enterprises and the local county (city, district) government of Hebei Province through consultation. In addition, the plan also specifies the requirements for the prevention and control of public transport vehicles, the protection of drivers and passengers, and the protection of passengers.
