Recently, it was announced that the first application of its own "high-performance silicon carbide MOSFET motor control module" to help its 0-100km / h acceleration only takes 3.9 seconds. The new car adopts the front and rear dual motor full-time four-wheel drive mode, and for the first time adopts the "blade". According to previous information, the car may be launched at the end of the second quarter of 2020 / the beginning of the third quarter (around June). BYD has equipped a high-speed drive motor assembly with a maximum speed of more than 15000 rpm for hanev. Its motor controller first uses the high-performance silicon carbide MOSFET control module independently developed and manufactured by BYD. The silicon carbide module can reduce the internal resistance, increase the over-current capacity of the electric control system, enable the motor to exert its power and torque to the extreme, and greatly improve the performance of the motor 。 In terms of power of high-performance silicon carbide MOSFET control module, byd-hanev adopts the front and rear dual motor full-time four-wheel drive mode, with the total power of the front and rear motors reaching 363kw. Byd-hanev will be the first model adopting BYD "blade battery". The output voltage of blade battery is 570V, and the peak current can reach 800A under the cooperation of advanced thermal management system.
