Recently, at the global automobile development trend forum of the second China International Expo, Aichi automobile signed cooperation with the people's Government of Gaoping City, Shanxi Province. In the future, Aichi automobile will build a manufacturing base of methanol to battery power system in Gaoping, Shanxi Province. Both sides will work together to promote the industrialization of methanol hydrogen fuel cell technology and further promote the development of intelligent manufacturing and energy economy. On October 15, Aichi automobile just negotiated with Karamay municipal government on the methanol new energy project, and plans to jointly promote the R & D and manufacturing project (40000 sets) of methanol hydrogen fuel cell power system. The total amount of the project may reach 1.2 billion yuan, which will be applied to passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the future. The signing of the agreement with Shanxi Gaoping is the second time in nearly a month that Aichi automobile has joined hands with the local government to jointly layout methanol hydrogen fuel cells. Aichi automobile said that Shanxi Province is the pilot of comprehensive reform of the national energy revolution, Gaoping City is rich in mineral resources, and it is also the pilot city of methanol automobile application, which provides good conditions for the development of methanol hydrogen fuel cell technology in the local area. For Gaoping, its economic and Technological Development Zone now has a number of new energy vehicle parts enterprises, 400000 tons of high-quality blast furnace molten iron and a number of precision casting enterprises, which will provide powerful supporting guarantee for the Aichi automobile project; for Aichi, the layout of power battery + is expected to provide a more cost-effective power source for travel. In fact, as one of the representatives of the new forces of car building, AGCO has been actively promoting the layout of methanol and hydrogen fuel. In February this year, AGCO invested in blue world technologies, a scientific and technological innovation company dedicated to the design and manufacture of methanol fuel cell systems, with its headquarters in auerbarg, Denmark. In September, the new plant of blue boundary Technology Co., Ltd. in the port of auerbarg, Denmark, was broken down. After the completion of the plant, it will provide Aichi with methanol reforming hydrogen fuel cells. "Gumpert Nathalie" during the Expo, Aichi Gongbo, a German subsidiary of Aichi automobile, showed its first track level electric Gumpert Nathalie equipped with methanol hydrogen fuel cell, and the methanol hydrogen fuel cell assembly to be installed on the chassis of Aichi U5 (parameter | inquiry). After the completion of the landing project in Gaoping, Shanxi Province, the application of methanol hydrogen fuel cell technology will be accelerated in the domestic car models of Aichi.
