According to foreign media reports, aceleron, a solution company, has developed a recyclable and reusable electric vehicle (EV) battery, which weighs half the weight of ordinary batteries and has four times the power of ordinary batteries. In the UK, transport is the biggest source of carbon emissions. To solve this problem, the UK government also announced that it would ban the sale of gasoline or diesel vehicles in 2035. As the use of electric vehicles continues to grow, the International Energy Agency (IEA) predicts that 44 million electric vehicles will be sold every year in the world by 2030. However, it also brings new waste problems. Over the next 20 years, it is expected that more than 11 million tons of batteries will be wasted annually by electric vehicles around the world, enough to fill 20 Wembley stadiums. As a result, aceleron has developed a new lithium-ion battery for the electric vehicle company eco charger, which is repairable, upgradeable, reusable or recyclable, enabling aceleron to reuse 90% of its eco charger batteries through a new "buy back" program. The new battery also uses management software to remotely monitor the performance of the battery, so as to extend the battery life, so that aceleron can timely replace or upgrade the battery components after monitoring the battery degradation or improving the product launch. The new circular economy technology can be used for various energy storage products, including fixed energy storage equipment to electric vehicles, etc. In addition, aceleron has also launched a sustainable circa battery platform, which adopts patented compression method instead of traditional welding and bonding method. Aceleron's battery pack is easy to be disassembled, which means that if the demand changes over time, it can make timely adjustments to upgrade or replace the battery electronic components, giving the battery new life.
