From July to November last year, J.D.Power conducted a survey of 36555 car owners of 2017 models, focusing on the problems encountered by car owners in the past year. In terms of brand, Lexus ranked second with a score of 100 PP100, six fewer than the number of questions in 2019; and were third, fourth and fifth respectively. The progress is also great, with 35 fewer problems than in 2019, and the final result is 131 PP100. Other good achievements include Mazda (29 fewer questions than in 2019), (28 fewer questions than in 2019), (20 fewer questions than in 2019) and Mazda (15 fewer questions than in 2019).
